I am very interested in research and have had the opportunity to write on several exciting topics throughout my four years at Messiah. The two shown here exemplify both my level of writing and some of the topics that I am most interested in- conflict communication and organizational management styles.

• I conducted the research for and wrote the Conflict Communication paper this past semester as my Senior Capstone Project. It looks at the impact that parent conflict styles may have on a child's attitudes toward and behavior in conflict.

• In Spring 2014, I had the opportunity to study abroad in London, England. While there, I had an internship at the Ritz London and worked with a mentor to write a research paper about how the company was organized and how the authortative leadership style affected all aspects of the hotel.
